This tour is a combination tour with two fun areas to explore. We take you to these areas with our fun and safe offroad vehicles
Peakaboo slot canyon is a unique and fun slot canyon to explore then we jump back in the vehicle to drive to the Dinosaur footprints from millions of years ago.

This area of the Vermilion Cliffs National Monument is a favorite for our guides. The palette of colors and variety of sandstone formations beckon photographers and sightseers to our White Pocket tours.
The off-road section of the tour begins in Houserock Valley, and for some spots we'll be in 4 wheel drive. We will ride in the fun Can-Am for the off-road section. be aware that the ride might get a bit rough - especially after a storm. Keep your eyes to the skies- maybe you'll witness a rare California Condor.
Our time in the White Pocket area will leave you pondering how the hand of nature created such a place. A few lone trees burst from abstract sandstone formations, where everyone sees something different. Do the rocks resemble a turtle shell? A brain? Have we landed on another planet entirely?

Availability: We can take groups of up to 10 people. We are in no hurry to escape back to society from this wonderful location: so we'll go at your pace, do what you would like, and showcase to you our favorite photo opportunities. Overnight camping is also available. Contact us for more information.

The Drive: 50 miles paved highway- taking approximately 1 hour. We will drive this stretch in the Suburban. Then +25 miles unpaved - taking approximately 1.5 hours, we will drive this stretch in the fun Can-Am. The tour takes a total 4-5 hours of driving, and the drive is one of the great elements of the adventure. We'll pick up some coffee together, and set out down Highway 89A on a winding, scenic journey through the Kaibab National Forest. The views change dramatically on the drop out of the forest and down into Marble Canyon- a moment sure to take your breath away.
Hike Distance: 2-3 miles
Hike Difficulty: Easy- uneven rocks and small sections of sand. The hike typically takes between 2 and 4 hours: depending on your group's pace, comfort, and safety. We exercise caution during the summer months, and during rain storms.
Permits: There are no day permits required in the White Pocket area at this time. Camping permits are with the guide.
